MIT Innovation Sdn Bhd is proud to announce it has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate has been awarded for the manufacturing and service operation of new technologies for the oil and gas industry.
Amid the COVID19 pandemic, taking the necessary safety precautions, and strictly following local government guidelines & SOPs, our team was well prepared for the ISO 9001:2015 certification having underwent a rigorous evaluation process. This included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances. All of these criteria worked to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformances to the quality management standard.
Above all, as an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we will follow the requirements, specifications, guidelines, and characteristics set forth by this certification. Further, we will ensure that we are consistently offering products and services that meet world-class standards. Additionally, the ISO certification also means that we follow well-defined processes that increase efficiency. By achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification, we are able to demonstrate our commitment to providing quality of service, effective cost, and timely delivery. In spite of our certification, we will continually review our quality management system and quality policies and will continue to serve each client with the best services. With this certification, we intend to provide high-quality and consistent service to our clients, and we shall continue to invest in technology, development, processes, and procedures. In order to maintain the ISO status, we will dedicate ourselves to continuous improvement and ensure that we have the right processes and systems in place.
