KUALA LUMPUR, June 12 — SME Corp Malaysia has certified MIT Innovation Sdn Bhd
as a small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with the 1-Innovation Certification for Enterprise Rating and Transformation (1-InnoCERT) this year.
A. Mushawwir Khalil, MIT Innovation Sdh Bhd Senior Design Engineer and a co-inventor of the Intelligent Circulation While Drilling tool,
iCWD, has received the certificate from SME Corp Chairman for “
Professional Design” category on behalf of the company.
The 1-InnoCERT is a certification program adapted from the Korean Innobiz model . Its core functions are to identify, certify and recognize innovative SMEs through stringent and vigorous certification processes to enable SME Corp to provide more efficient assistance, customized to the needs of the SME.
1-innoCERT award is issued for qualifying companies in one of the following 6 key categories:
