The 823 event, read as "Eight-Twenty Three," signifies a defining moment for MIT Technologies as we embark on a transformative journey from a people-led organization to a process-driven powerhouse. Inspired by the legendary Kongō Gumi company's 1,445-year history and guided by the principles of IHSAN—excellence, compassion, and kindness—this occasion presents an opportune moment for us to redefine our future.
Together with our stakeholders and advisors who possess over 150 years of experience, we embarked on a transformation week from 13th to 16th August 2023.

The event was attended by representatives from all stakeholders along with our advisors and representatives of government agencies.
The team embarked on an exhilarating jungle trekking adventure to reach the enchanting Chiling Waterfalls, nestled amidst the lush forests of Sungai Chiling, followed by an adrenaline-pumping white water rafting adventure at Kuala Kubu Bahru, renowned for its thrilling rapids and picturesque surroundings.
Collaboration among team members as the exhilarating rapids were navigated, working together to overcome the challenges of the river.

The event dinner was held at the Malaysian Petroleum Club, level 42 of the iconic Petronas twin tower. The event was attended by Senior Management from Petronas, His Excellency Ambassador of Egypt, His Excellency Ambassador of Mexico, senior management of government agencies, the event participant, and friends from the industry.

- Restructured resources with a sharp focus on the Mind-2-Market methodology. This has subsequently resulted in re-structure the organization to be project-based as opposed to discipline-base
- Navigate the current process within the client organization to select and deploy new technology systematically
- Develop the culture of IHSAN for resilience and overcoming conflict
- Develop a long-term fund plan for employees and their families to benefit through their career and post-retirement
- Develop an agile process for documentation, knowledge retention, and succession planning at all levels
